Hello Everyone, After attending the scarf event at SCP last Saturday, I decided to stop by the boutique to sample the latest goodies. To my suprise, my SA and I found this new dust bag design in one of their Kelly clutches in swift leather. The dust bag came in the same toile material used in. The Hermes dust bag even scratches it (I have to be super gentle when handling it). Also, after I got the bag the shiny coating from one side of the H came off. Luckily, I read a couple blog posts on purse forum that H is aware of this rarely (but occasionally) happening with palladium, and they were kind enough to fix the entire H hardware and .
I need to buy an Hermes dust bag for a Birkin 35 on the secondary market. I know the dimensions of the Birkin 35, but comparing that to dimensions of a dust bag doesn't always equate for a perfect fit once the bag is inside the dust bag. I want to make sure I buy the right size.
The bag itself is in really good condition but the dust bag is in terrible shape sadly. It’s very stained. I’m already sad that I couldn’t get a bag with a box but now the dust bag looks terrible and unbecoming of an Hermes bag. Is there anyway to clean the dust bag?
