I've always liked leather straps on the GMT Master II and Submariner as a way to class it up a little for more dressy functions. Personally, I think the modern gmt are very shiny and flashy, though I won't mind wearing a older gmt on a strap travelling. I'm hoping to get a Rolex gmt within a few months and I was wondering if you guys wear your luxury watches on vacation or if you guys stick to less.. Couple of options here for true GMT watches: Mido Ocean Star GMT, Seiko Presage Sharp Edge GMT, and the Bulova Wilton GMT in the k-.5k range. Longines Spirit Zulu Time, Tudor BB Pro and Tudor BB GMT in the k-k range (k if you want the S&G model). If you don’t need a true GMT, Christopher Ward offers the next value GMTs in my option.
